2. Type of personal data processed:

– information about the pages visited on our website,

– information stored in cookies on users’ devices and in their cache,

– location data generated by user devices.

In addition, we process personal data necessary to provide services to users who have completed the contact form embedded on our website. These are: e-mail address, first and last name, telephone number.

The processing of the data described above by us is necessary due to the nature of the services we provide.

3. Purpose and basis of personal data collection:

Fabricum sp.z o.o. as the administrator of personal data, he has the right to process personal data of website users for security purposes, preventing fraud, scams, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes.

The personal data of that part of the website users, who agrees to it by using the contact form, are also collected in connection with the activities carried out by Grupa Fabricum Sp. z o.o., in particular to handle contact with this part of users, provide services, handle contracts already concluded, consider complaints, conduct marketing activities towards users (after their separate consent), which is the implementation of the company’s legitimate interests.

Personal data is also processed for purposes resulting from separate legal provisions, including, inter alia, for tax and accounting purposes, in particular:

Insofar as it results from separate legal provisions (eg the Accounting Act, the Tax Ordinance), personal data will be stored for the period required by the above-mentioned provisions in order to enable the legal requirements of these provisions.

5. Information on automatic processing and profiling of personal data:

Personal data is not processed in an automated manner, including it is not processed by profiling in order to match the content of the website to personal preferences and interests.

6. Users’ rights with regard to their own personal data:

Each user of this website has the right to:

a. Access to personal data concerning him, including obtaining a copy of the personal data subject to processing. The right to obtain a copy shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
b. Correcting and supplementing data in the event of their inaccuracies or out-of-date.
c. Deletion of data.
d. Restrictions on their processing in the following cases:

– the data subject questions the correctness of personal data – this restriction applies from the moment of reporting incorrect data by the user until the end of the verification of the correctness of the data by the controller

– the processing of user data is unlawful,

– the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead to limit their use.

– the controller no longer needs personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, assert or defend claims.

Data portability – the data subject has the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, personal data concerning him, which he provided to the administrator, and has the right to send this personal data to another administrator without hindrance from the administrator, to whom this personal data has been provided.
f. Not being subject to automated decision making (including profiling).
g. Objection to the processing of personal data – if the processing is for statistical purposes or is carried out on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest, and the objection is justified by the specific situation of the user.

The administrator provides information on actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receiving the request. Due to important circumstances (including the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by another 2 months, and within one month, the Administrator will inform the data subject about the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline.
